Echo dot with clock: Was working fine the first days, but now silence #11
Comments
I am not sure why that's happening. Could you tell me what the log says? You can go to autocode.stdlib.com and open the logs of the project. The thing to look for is PlaybackDirective. It should give some error message if it's not playing. |
I just tested the link with my Echo 5 and it seems to work fine. Do you have the new updated code deployed? If not, deploy it using the button on the Github page and update the endpoint URL on Alexa skill developer console. The saved station data will be retained. |
Yes, I have the latest code. I set it up 2 weeks ago. |
Hmmmm, am not sure why it's behaving that way on one device and works fine on another. I'll setup a new brach with more console logging, so we can see where it is failing. Give me a little time. Will you also please check the Alexa app? It should show a card in activities. What does it say? |
Any update? |
Hey! The issue is still there. Did you manage to set up "the new brach with more console logging"? |
Sorry, I have not..I have been a little busy. Will try and do it this week. |
Hey! I have an Echo Dot with clock and the addon was working fine in the first couple of days. But then it simply stopped working - alexa responds with "Here is channel 5 from radio latvia", but it is silence - radio stream is not playing. I must note that Alexa on iPhone works great and plays the stream, hence I suspect the issue it is related to my Echo Dot with clock.
Any ideas? Thanks
