Track Safe transactions in Recent transactions #180

Specially in the Safe App multisig flow, it is common to trigger a transaction batch and go to another page.

We can save the safeTxHash of that batch to be able to:

Check state of multisignatures/transactions
Open a link to the batch in Safe App
Show the global state (completed/pending/error) in the recent transactions menu
