e2e: move integration e2e tests from Babylon to Babylon SDK #64

It's better to move the e2e tests for BTC timestamping/staking integration from Babylon to Babylon SDK, in particular https://github.com/babylonlabs-io/babylon/blob/base/consumer-chain-support/test/e2e/bcd_consumer_integration_test.go

This is because

This enables testing modifications of babylon-contract without touching Babylon side
The setup of this e2e test is based on docker-compose and is different from other e2e tests in Babylon
