@bap2pecs cloned issue babylonchain/babylon-contract#157 on 2024-06-14:

per discussion with @SebastianElvis

At a later point, we could have a repository called sth like babylon-da-sdk which includes the DA smart contract and the Wasm query client. L2s only need to use this repository for the integration

comparing to other tasks, I'd say this is low-pri. but we can keep it open as it's still relevant
