It seems that it's currently a missing feature to have an allow list, for those cases that aren't realistically fixable in the foreseeable future. For example:
~/.ssh on all platforms
~/.trash on macOS
Instead, I'd prefer to ignore those and not have them repeatedly appear in the output. Possible solution would be a a flat file of program names in an allow-list file at somewhere like $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/xdg-ninja/allow. Extra points for allowing override for platform, for example: $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/xdg-ninja/allow.linux, $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/xdg-ninja/allow.macos etc.
