Changing options overwrites custom shortcuts

I use custom shortcuts for actionmode and history_k (Win+, and Win+/). Since the options dialog does not allow setting Win key shortcuts, I set them directly in settings.ini.

However, each time I change something in the Options window, these shortcuts are erased when the settings file is written.
