readme.md could REALLY use some additional troubleshooting steps.

Please add troubleshooting steps or link or SOMETHING to the readme.md, right after "You know that everything works fine when you feel the gamepad rumble ;)" for those of us for whom it DOESN'T work right off the bat.

Having access to neither a windows computer or a xbox of any kind, I cannot update the firmware ATM. Maybe next week. Is there any other troubleshooting than can be done at all? I couldn't find it if so.

And the README also points to the troubleshooting. But yes, we could make this easier to find.
