[ArmorLab] Windows Project Generation fails: "Platform is not defined"

When following the installation instructions for ArmorLab on Windows, once calling armorcore\make as per the instructions (..\armorcore\make --graphics direct3d11), the process errors with the following output:

Creating windows project files.
ReferenceError: Platform is not defined

Did a fresh clone today, same issue still occurs.
