Use MIAmaxent package instead of external MAXENT jar

Many thanks for this package, I have just discovered it and it looks great.

As a suggestion to make installation a little easier for users, you might consider adding the MIAmaxent package as a dependency instead of requiring the external jar and a Java runtime environment.
