Incorrect Throughput Numbers in results.csv #185

When running the ycsb benchmark using timestamps/ycsb.sh, the throughput is calculated correctly in the log, but is incorrectly written to results.csv. The latency, timestamps, interval, and number of transactions are all correct. Example log files in https://gist.github.com/mikelj/6cc8b9d4765db5ade87b
