Impediment:

the team wishes to improve the communication between SDs but also between SDs and POs

Notes:

this impediment was mentioned by several people in the retro
due to a lack of communication between SDs the git workflow and structure was not clear
the release candidate didn't contain all the finished featres because of communication issues
POs didn't really know what SDs were up to

Solution:

everybody is aware that the communication in the team needs to be improved and everyobody is responsible
staying unmuted during team meeting, so that spontaneous comments are possible and a good conversation/discussion can evolve
talk to each other during sprint on discord channels or set up additional meetings if necessary

Communication during team meeting and during sprint improved and stayed very good for over 2 weeks now
