How to reproduce:

Open the options menu in runtime
Change some Video options (not overall quality)
Hit "Reset to defaults"
Change overall quality to Low or some other setting that's not the default
Change an unrelated Video option
Hit "Reset to defaults'
Notice some options will not set back to the defaults.
