Latest api i have this error .. old api working fine

   Unable to start receiver com.android.sample.exoplayer.MainService$RestartServiceBroadcastReceiver: android.app.ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException: startForegroundService() not allowed due to mAllowStartForeground false: service com.android.sample.exoplayer/.MainService
    at android.app.ActivityThread.handleReceiver(ActivityThread.java:4335)

compileSdkVersion 32 and Tramisu emulator
