open-local的csidriver无法注册到csinode

当我使用helm 部署了open-local后，查看csinode和csidriver如下：

看到注册服务起来了， 但是查看kubelet没有任何csi_plugin相关的日志.

open-local 0.6.1版本不支持k8s1.23.9么 ? 但在k8s v1.23.17可以正常部署使用.

2. 确认下两个版本的kubelet的注册路径是否一致

kubelet路径不正确导致的, 指定了agent.kubelet_dir解决了.
