Abrupt shutdowns with CECH-2004A

Hello, i have the following issue:
When i launch Red Dead Redemption, after the xmb transition comes the PS3 force shuts itself with 3 beeps. Now after that the ps3 keeps having a red light that blinks. You cannot turn it back on unless you put a cd in after pulling and putting the plug back in. Now i dumped SYSCON error logs and this is what i get

Now this all happened again when i went to the setup tab of WebmanMOD in XMB.
I am running the latest WebmanMOD on Evilnat CFW 4.91 Cobra 8.5 CEX. The 2 things i used it for is to set the fan to 35% Manual and activate the FPS Overlay.
When i uninstalled webmanMOD, all of the issues were gone and i was able to boot up Red Dead Redemption without issues.

My question is why its doing this and am I able to run webman without me having instability in this PS3?

The FPS overlay is very problematic specially during the launch of games.
I recommend that use it only after you are in-game menu.

You can try unloading webMAN MOD before launching that game to verify if the issue is caused by webMAN MOD or not.
