Summary

How sensitive are grant proposals? I’m thinking it would be cool to store openly all the proposals RAMs are involved with/put in (where possible) on the RAM repo so we can:
a) Showcase what we’re putting in funding for
b) Learn from each other how we decide what work we apply for
c) Start seeing patterns in what works/doesn't work so we know what kind of language/activities etc are good.

So far we could add

  • @dingaaling's LOTI proposal
  • @harisood's DARE Communities proposal (& maybe SATRE if team is OK w it
  • @aldenc' icenet proposal mb?
  • mb the UX/UI one that didn't get funded?

We could even have a discussion thread for each one or smth to see what did and didn't work

What needs to be done?

  • Create a folder for proposals
  • Check with project teams if they are happy for us to share proposals openly
  • Collate proposals
  • Mb start discussion threads with outcomes of proposal, and feedback/thoughts on where it worked/didn't work

Who can help?

All RAMs
