问题描述

复现步骤

1.开启密码注册时需要验证邮件
2.无痕模式注册小号测试，出现邮件报错但实际已经发出

实测不开注册验证，之后再手动绑定邮箱，邮件发送送没问题;就是注册开启时会提示发送失败
