Blog post summaries strip text from links creating incomplete sentences

Issue description

I assume we are stripping html from these short descriptions but this is a bit too aggressive at the moment. If the html contains a link, we should include the children to keep complete sentences.

An improvement for this would be to use the post description, if it has one, as the short text removing the need to modify the content at all... except maybe for the length.
