Enhance Standard output logging

Current Behavior

The current KC-CLI does not print enough logs for what is going on in the import.

Expected Behavior

Printing logs for each important step that is being done in the JSON import

Steps To Reproduce

Import a sample json file, you will see that the logs are not informative

This is similar to the issue in this ticket, but only difference that, he needs more logs for authenticator configs
