I'm new to pysep and hoping to use it with MTUQ. It would be nice to see an example of data collection and preparation for moment tensor inversion. If there is a case in the documentation I must have missed it. I think the key step is understanding and documenting what mtuq requires and an example of how pysep can be used to that goal.

You probably had this in the container for the MTUQ workshop (which I did not attend, but watched videos). A stand-alone example in your "Usages" section would be helpful for me and possibly others to develop a workflow of pysep for collecting and preparing data and mtuq for source estimation.

Hi @ArthurRodgers, glad to see you're looking into PySEP! Thanks for the suggestion on including a PySEP->MTUQ pipeline example, great recommendation and something we'll look into. I agree it would be useful for new users to have an official working example.

@ArthurRodgers I hope you can find this repo: https://github.com/SeismoFelix/PYSEP_miscellaneous useful for using Pysep with a configuration file that yields the data directly to be used in MTUQ.
