upgraded from 1.4.1 to 1.5 (mage 1.9.4.2) now SEO checklist doesn't work - I just get a blank page. #155

as per title.

1.4.1 was installed directly in the folders but i installed 1.5 via modman.

I've removed and reinstalled twice - with cache clears in between.

any ideas?
