Looks like a good candidate for http://phpstorm-themes.com

This is my favourite theme, thank you very much.

The issue with http://phpstorm-themes.com is that theme files and users will not able receive updates. Please do let me know if i'm wrong.

i dropped this file in colors folder but it doesn't show in phpstorm :( i'm using 2016.2.1

@midcore-nam i'm not sure, it is working fine for me on the same version. Are you sure that it is the correct configuration folder assigned
