If the changes were only in one or another project (for example, only in DbConn.DbExecutor.Dapper.Ioc.Autofac but no changes in DbConn.DbExecutor.Abstract or DbConn.DbExecutor.Dapper) then AppVeyor must build and publish only one project (DbConn.DbExecutor.Dapper.Ioc.Autofac in this case)
