No message option for automatic placeholder

In the settings there is this option:

A nice feature would be to have such an option also for the placeholder.

At the moment this dialog shows up, if I want to sign a document with a qr-placeholder:

Solution would be a option to deactivate this and only then show a message like this:

So the user knows that a qr-placeholder was used without the need to click a box.
