I manually fixed "#%1 by %3 was closed %2" => "%1 by %3 was closed %2" for nl_NL translations.

I also grabbed the translated "min" and "<b>Versie:</b> %1" from eventcalendar.

I was also able to extrapolate User/Repo from the existing translations of each word.
