Can't install LinOTP repo on Centos 7 #1

Whan I try to install LinOTP by instructions :

https://www.linotp.org/doc/latest/part-installation/server-installation/rpm_install.html

I have error - Cannot open: http://linotp.org/rpm/el7/linotp/x86_64/Packages/LinOTP_repos-1.1-1.el7.x86_64.rpm. Skipping.
