Non-Vault Systems should be interoperable with Vaults

There might be scenarios where vaults should be interpolable with non-vault systems.
One solution for this is to provide REST APIs. Three ways to do this are:

1. Utilise the REST APIs of ActiveMQ and use Vaultage to automatically setting them up.
2. Generate separate REST APIs (independent from ActiveMQ's REST APIs) as parts of the Vaults generated by Vaultage.
3. The APIs are developed by Vaultage users and parts of the application built on top Vaultage.
