MemoServ:SENDGROUP
SENDGROUP allows you to send a memo to all members of a group who have the +m flag.
Syntax: SENDGROUP <!group> <text>
Examples:
/msg MemoServ SENDGROUP !opers Oper Meeting coming up on ...
