ChanServ:INFO
INFO displays channel information such as registration time, flags, and other details.
As of Xtheme 7.5.0*, INFO will also reveal the AntiFlood reaction if the channel is not private.
Syntax: INFO <#channel>
Examples:
/msg ChanServ INFO #Chat
