ChanServ:HOLD
HOLD prevents a channel from expiring for inactivity. Held channels will still expire when there are no eligible successors. This command is available to Services Operators with the user:hold privilege.
Syntax: HOLD <#channel> ON|OFF
Examples:
/msg ChanServ HOLD #Xtheme ON
