General query

Hi Harry
I am writing to you since I am in a mess and need some help.
Im John, not much of a Technical person.
my query or problem would be ... I have updated collection-filters-section.liquid file to Shopify Templates folder collection.liquid file. Everything fine here till now.

I am able to see the configuration.
Now my query is do I need to copy/update nitin00709/Shopify-collection-filters-with-working-example -
repository's code into my shopify as such, to make it run?
