please check again after changing followings:

Learn some CSS!!

Make a [button] and another [div] that contains all the icons.
Initially don't show the [div] hide it using display: none; or similar options.

When user clicks the button (9 dots) show the div containing all icons.

For making icons click able simple use href tag

The way to display this on the menu was not going with the UI of the current menu thats the issue here.

@XengShi Can you make a new branch as the copy of the main branch. So i can open a pr on the new branch for app menu thingy. So you guys also can code anything on the branch as usual to modify the menu code.

It's actually better, It goes well with other 2, 3 line labels.
Only issue with Business profile manager Icon, but it can be helped.

This becomes messy when unfolded, its removal seems like a better option to me.
Also, if clicked outside while the AI tools are expanded, they should collapse, I think.
@XengShi could you please look into this if you agree?

no, actually I am not seeing the undesired scrollbar.
for me, it is

mine ss is with adding of this code snippets.
dont know but Firefox scrollbar code seems to overides the chromium scrollbar

I just noticed that language selection scrollbar is default ugly one in chrome, but in firefox it is similar single line one as in menu and google apps
