Field validation lacks maxlength and minlength scoring #573

Simply put the Field validation lacks maxlength and minlength scoring. Blink fails miserably at this and having to add manual validation is a huge waste of time. After searching through the other issues I'm surprised no one else has posted this yet.

Min/Maxlength have been added to my HTML5Test fork.
