confusing behavior: Generate My Theme button causes automatic unprompted download

Filled the form, clicked "Generate My Theme" and nothing appeared to happen, perhaps a quick dimming of the screen.

If I had not had a Finder window open to the Downloads folder, I would have clicked the button a few more times and given up with nothing appeared to happen.

Automatic downloading without the user's consent is a most unwelcome behavior. And confusing.
