I successfully installed the required environment, but the result seems to be weird. After testing the test dataset under the path './datasets/Dataset/Benchmark' and the predictions are nealy all postitive(including the nonAMP file). There was no warnings or errors while processing and I followed instructions step by step in readme.md .
