When users search for a restriction and no results are found, a dialog box appears on the screen. Compared to other warning messages used on the website, such as the three-digit route warning and the superload warning, the “no restriction” message looks like an error message.

Participants did correctly interpret that the message communicated a route clear of restrictions. However, having the box appear similarly to what they would have expected for an error was confusing.
