Got my shit rocked by teleporting :(

So Here's the sitch right, I was trying to get some ghast tears so I hit a /warp nether at roughly 3:50 PM MST, and I was greeted by the my character immediately burning to death in lava, which was super dope. I lost all my shit, paramount of which being a power armor set with a jetpack, and an atomic disassembler. I was rather bummed.

This apparently cannot be reproduced because I was immediately told that I was dumb as shit, so I did it again and died, and then I did it again and it was fine. However, because I warped, any logs should should me doing /warp nether and subsequently dying within 10-15 seconds. Twice.

Any help would be very epic.
