Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are currently lacking a metric for Journal and Conference Impact. The standard metric, IF, is proprietary and locked behind a paywall by Clarivate. In addition, it does not account for machine learning and AI conferences.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to implement the Google scholar H5 index which accounts for both Journal and Conference Impact: https://scholar.google.com.ni/citations?view_op=top_venues&hl=en. The issue with Google Scholar is that there does not appear to be an API to access the Google Scholar database :(

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could also download a copy of the Clarivate IF database table.
