After editing a file, we want to commit a certain portion instead of the whole file. This helps flexibly control the granularity of the commits in a file.
vscode example
In vscode, you can do so by selecting the range to stage and commit:
Currently I have to switch to vscode to do so for a note file. It would be very helpful to have this feature also in obsidian, so I don't have to rely on vscode to this kind of commits.
