Sử dụng SMS trong các trường hợp sau:

  •      Cung cấp mã pin cho công dân và doanh nghiệp khi đăng ký user

  •      Thông báo nhận, trả hồ sơ cho người dân, doanh nghiệp

  •      Trao đổi nội bộ giữa các sở ban ngành, …

Mr @gunrosen , please help to detail:

  1. Phần công dân tra cứu hồ sơ bằng SMS:
  • Mẫu cú pháp SMS
  • Mẫu tin nhắn trả về
  1. Phần gửi tin nhắn chủ động cho công dân:
  • Cụ thể các trường hợp sẽ gửi tin nhắn
  • Mẫu tin nhắn cho từng trường hợp.
