Crownfall -Nest of Thorns, Score not updating for long time.

Can you fix the score board, please. it's not updating since long time.
As i remember, my score updated only four times in total. It didnot updated at echelon 3-5 at all.
And for echelon 7, when I finally completed the quest. the score was not updating and i didnot received any reward. I have to win TWICE to get the reward. i played so many times just to win second time to get my reward.
After wining the final quest, it does shows new score. But after closing and reopening Dota 2, it only shows old score.
please fix it. thanks.
