Member Header Drop Down

User story:

As a member of the public,
I want to be able to view past years Younite members,
So that information is preserved and I can understand who has been part of Younite in the past.

Description: A drop-down option showing past years (e.g last 5 years including the current year) when the member tab in the header is hovered over. When a user clicks on one of the years listed in the drop down, it will take them to a page showcasing the members of that year.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When hovered over, the last 5 years should show up in a drop down
• These years should be able to be clicked on to open up a new page

Definition of Done:

• AC met
• Applicable tests written
• Applicable documentation is written in GH wiki
• PR reviewed
• Merged into main/feature branch
