Keras 3 compatibility

Hello,

I found out that, since Tensorflow (v2.16+) recently changed the default version of Keras to the version 3, is there any initiative to update the code to make it work with Keras v3.
If such an initiative exists, I would be happy to help.

Hello!

Sentence Transformers currently relies on transformers to load the underlying encoder model, so Keras v3 support would need to be introduced in that project first. To my knowledge, it hasn't been. Until that has been done, there's not much I can do.
