UI improvement on Education Global Campus.

Hi team,

We got feedbacks from the leadership team that the current site looks a bit off from GitHub, and I have talked to the design system folks @vdepizzol @joelhawksley and @ashygee about how we can improve the UI towards more GitHubby.

In the conversation, we discussed whether the site should go product side or marketing site, after talking to @sophshep, we all agree on it should stick on the product side.

A couple of updates here: figma

• Clean up the background color, and take out the boxes as much as possible.
• Fixed the gap of each section.
• Update the title font weight.
• Fixed the alignment of each section.
• Label color consideration.

For the banners, I will sync with the site designers to hear their suggestions next week.
