dynamic reconfiguration not found in python file #3

Python can't seem to find the generated dynamic reconfig file. It is being generated but it is not being found. It might be from the python path. I have been sourcing the devel. I also added init.py to the scripts directory and the cfg but that has not solved the problem

really need to get this working, a lot of tuning is needed for new data
