Frequency of PrEP updates

Individuals should not necessarily update their prep status every time step as e.g. a person on injectable prep cannot go "off" prep until their current injection has worn off. Therefore, the choice to stop prep should only be presented at certain intervals.

• A person can go off vaginal or oral prep any timestep
• For cab it's 2-3 months
• For len it's 6 months

People should be tested:

• every three months on oral / vaginal ring
• Every injection for cab / len (2-3 or 6 months)
