The AMR data provided by UKHSA has a field spec_date - the date the specimen was collected.
With the exception of age at time of specimen collection which I can calculate, all the other variable are binary or categorical.
Is there a way of incorporating the spec_date, which I can convert to a date as spec_date_YMD in a model?
I've struggled to find any examples online and if I add it in as date to the glm it massively changes things for region.
Any ideas? I've ignored it for now.
