Enhancements:
- Added v5 assets and templates, and set the latest theme version to v5.
- Issue templates have been re-worked from v4 to utilize 3x2 aspect ratio images, and now borrow display logic from the front page.
- Single stories now use 1200x800px header images in v5, which are sized down to match the width of the main story container (are no longer full-width)
- Header images on the "photo essay" story template in v5 have been removed.
- Added new thumbnail sizes to accommodate v5 templates, which now use 3x2 aspect ratio images everywhere (with the exception of issue thumbnails)
- Removed some custom thumbnail fields for stories for v5+; for stories, the only image upload fields now are the featured image and custom header image override
Bug fixes:
- Added CSS/JS cache-busting for all issues/stories.
- Fixed some broken admin styles from various WP core upgrades and Yoast styles.
