The function at

xAODAnaHelpers/Root/HLTJetGetter.cxx

Line 143 in 33fbde6

for( auto fContainer : JetFeatureContainers ) {

should be modified to (optionally) sort HLT jets. Some cases have been observed where the HLT jets are not pT-sorted. I will do this myself, this is by way of a reminder.
