PDFs are not centered initially

An uploaded PDF file is not centered in the middle of the screen although the first ("full screen") layout has been selected and the window of the PDF has been assigned to position 1. The workaround for this is to click on one of the zoom buttons (which is probably what most people would do instinctively in this case).
